Excel Pivoting is a very powerful tool when simplifying Excel row rata. In this example, I will elaborate you, how to use PivotTable "Column" option in an effective way.

Step 1: Download STUD_INFO.xlxs file. Which contains four columns, those are Name, Grade, Subjects, Marks.
In this example, I try to get Grade 1, each student marks for each subject.
Step 2: Select PivotTable field settings as below. Note: I added "Subjects" to the Columns section.
