This tutorial shows how to use PowerBI conditional formatting. In a dashboard, it is very important that clear visibility of success and failures, important facts, amount, etc. So, this is a very good method of showing those highlighted figures.
Select the Visualization --> Go to Format --> Go to Conditional Formatting --> Go to Advanced Controls
